We use official HDB resale transaction data from data.gov.sg (Housing & Development Board) covering public housing (~80% of the Singapore market) and URA (Urban Redevelopment Authority) private residential transaction data.

HDB resale data is updated monthly by the Housing & Development Board. URA private residential data is updated twice weekly (Tuesday and Friday).

BSD is a tax on property purchases in Singapore. Rates are: 1% on first S$180,000, 2% on next S$180,000, 3% on next S$640,000, 4% on next S$500,000, and 5% on amounts above S$1,500,000. Additional BSD (ABSD) may apply depending on residency status.
